Trial Set for Accused in Taber Tim Hortons Drive Through Case

TABER: A not guilty plea was entered Tuesday morning in Taber court by Heinrich Krahn, as he faces charges connected to an incident that goes back over a year.

March 7th, 2012 a stolen oilfield truck rammed into a pick-up truck, pushing it through the wall of the Taber Tim Hortons.

After entering the plea a preliminary hearing was set for September 26th.

Meanwhile his brother and co-accused Jake Krahn had his matter set over to July 16th, saying that he's close to paying restitution.
