LETHBRIDGE - Staff at the Measles Assessment Centre outside Chinook Regional Hospital
have assessed 11 people as of Friday morning.
Those people were treated as necessary, but Alberta Health Services won't say
whether they were actual cases of measles.
Public immunization clinics continue on Saturday at Exhibition Park for
children between 6 and 12 months, children one year and older who have not
received the vaccine, and health care workers who know they are not immune.
It will take place on Saturday at Heritage Hall from 10am to 3pm and there's
also another opportunity on Monday from 1 to 6pm in the Main Pavilion.
