Town Of Magrath Receives Funding For Cenotaph

 
 

MAGRATH: The town of Magrath has recieved funding for a Cenotaph.

 

$10, 473 has been granted to the town to support the Canadian Government's ongoing efforts to engage citizens in active Remembrance of our country's veterans. The town's cenotaph will honor 30 brave citizens. It will be situated on Main Street, will stand over eight feet tall, and be made of grey granite.

 

The site will host commemorative gatherings and ceremonies.
