LETHBRIDGE: The Salvation Army was the reverse recipient of a helping had on
ATCO Gas employees, along with the ATCO Gas mascot, Digger the
Prairie Dog, were on hand at Galt Gardens, to offer a donation to the Lethbridge
Salvation Army, as as part of the company s annual Employees Participating in
Communities charitable-giving and fundraising campaign. The employee-led
initiative, donates to the charity of their choice, with the company adding to
employee donations. The donation came in the form of a $3,100 cheque.
The donation will go toward maintaining The Salvation Army's mobile
emergency food truck, which plays a critical role in the work done in the

and others who were in the area of Galt Gardens.
