I've never tried to diet or thought about losing weight in my life (though maybe I should have). My daughter Shelby is 6 months old now, and I started to think when it's time to take the training wheels off her bike and run down the sidewalk beside her, if I'm any heavier I'll be unable to keep up.
With a little encouragment from a friend, I decided to start the Jenny Craig program. Just a week in, and I feel better allready. I weigh in again on Friday, but I might have allready shaved a pound or two off that 233 lb total.
What has completely surprised me so far is not only how good, and satisfying the food is, but how many items I like that I never would've even tried 2 weeks ago.
