East Coast Frankenstorm

Here's an interesting viewpoint of the size of the "Frankenstorm" along the East Coast right now...

Just to give you an idea of how big this storm is - here's a rough sketch by the team top notch meteorologist/scientisty ppl here at B93. We (VERY ROUGHLY) calculated the circumference (Yay math!) of the storm to be (again...rough) 5697 km. HUGE!

Does this remind anyone else of the movie 'The Day

After Tomorrow?'

For perspective, here's a pic of the area that would cover here in our parts...

Check out the doppler radar of the frankenstorm here: http://abclocal.go.com/wls/feature?section=weather%2Fdoppler&id=8788035
You can also see some of the latest pics of the storm from Twitter here: http://www.buzzfeed.com/stacylambe/hurricane-sandy-floods-the-east-coast
