My 5th week on the Jenny Craig program and I'm well over half way to my goal!
This week at my weigh in I thought the scale was stuck as it was the same number as last week (216 lbs.) Then I remembered my "pizza night" and my weekend hunting trip where I snacked a bit excessively and it all made sense.
I was honest with my self and the staff at Jenny Craig and they helped me to re-focus. This week I'm really going to kick but, ( Or more accurately, lose it)!
This week I'll increase my amount of physical activity and should have no problem reaching 210 by the end of Movember ( my original goal.)
Overall I've lost 16 lbs., and feel better and better all the time. I've even had to punch new holes in my belt!
