The police report said, "The victim stated that the suspect told him that 'His mother was a b*tch, his father was a b*tch and he is a bitch.'" His lawyer reported that Bieber's spit attack left saliva and mucus on his eye, nose and mouth.

In her upcoming one-on-one interview with Ryan Seacrest she said, "I'm sure you could actually see those pictures of me being, like, way stressed out about it. And it's hard, because what do you do? Do you just wanna sit in your house and hide and not go anywhere."

She said, "Since I've started in this business, we've all been up against each other, and at the end of the day, it's an award. Kelly Clarkson was in the studio earlier this week recording a song which she describes as "epic" for her upcoming Christmas album. The track features special guests Reba and Trisha Yearwood teaming up on one of Kelly's favorite holiday tunes. Shae Said ” I'm a nerd about Christmas music. Bing Crosby's Chrisstmas CD, like White Christmas album . . . Oh my gosh, I love it! And 'White Christmas' with Rosemary Clooney and Bing . . . And Mariah's (Carey) when I was a kid. (I) loved Reba's . . . There's just so many Christmas that I just am in love with, so I was really excited about making it. I can't believe that Reba and Trisha agreed to do a trio with me on it, so they're doing 'Silent Night' and it's gonna be so epic! I'm so excited. Even if nobody buys this album I'm just so excited that I have it, so . . . for me”

Chris Brown tweeted on Tuesday (July 16th), "Give back because it's in your heart. Not for a pat on the back." The singer donated to the charity -- Courage For Kid's GIVE BACK-pack Initiative that will provide kindergarten students with book bags filled with school supplies to take with them on their first day of school. Drew Lachey of 98 Degrees revealed the details on the group reuniting for "The Package" Tour. The singer and his bandmates sat down with Just Jared and explained how they became a part of the tour. Drew said that they got back together last month and did the Mixtape Festival, which was kind of the barometer to see how they felt performing together, how they sounded together and what the fans reaction would be.

He explained, "After that concert, New Kids reached out to us and said they were going out this summer and asked if we would be interested and getting on the tour with them. Obviously with them and Boyz II Men, for us, it's kind of a dream tour. You have the group that started the current boy band genre, and then you have the group that was the single largest inspiration for us and the way that we formed our group. For us, it was a no brainer."
