The D.C. police are reportedly on a hunt for a security video that could be a key in Chris Brown's recent assault case. TMZ has reported that the Metro Police have contacted businesses near the W Hotel -- where the altercation took place, to see if the security cameras caught the fight on tape. Apparently, the hotel has cameras, but they were not pointed in the direction of the fight. Sources have said that the U.S. Dept of Treasury -- which is right across the street from where the fight happened, has several cameras attached to the building that could have captured the melee. Any video footage from those cameras however, would be in the hands of the Secret Service.

Kanye West and Kim K have sued the person in charge of leaking the video footage of their "private" baseball stadium proposal. According to TMZ, the couple is suing Chad Hurley -- who co-founded Youtube, claiming that he schemed to post the video on his new internet venture, MixBit. The couple then said that Hurley was desperate to find a "second act" after two of his ventures flopped, following his Youtube success. In the lawsuit, Ye and Kim also claimed that Hurley wasn't invited to AT&T Park in San Francisco -- where the proposal took place, but he manipulated his way in. KimYe apparently let him stay at the proposal, but only after he signed a confidentiality agreement. They even got him to take a picture holding the signed agreement. The couple went on to say, "Hurley proceeded to try to turn the event into one starring himself, broadcasting the images he knew were the exclusive property rights of someone else."

Ed Sheeran gave his fans another treat at his show in NYC this weekend. The singer debuted his record, "New York" at his concert at Madison Square Garden on Friday (November 1st).

Lady Gaga has been sued by R&B singer and producer, Teddy Riley. TMZ has reported that the producer is suing Gaga claiming that she owes him for his contribution to the song, "Teeth." According to the lawsuit, Teddy produced the record back in 2009. And apparently, he was promised a 25 percent writing fee, but claims that he hasn't received a dime.  Teddy is suing for $500,000 and punitive damages.

Britney Spears unveiled her new single, "Perfume" this weekend. The record was released on the singer's Facebook page yesterday (November 3rd). On the single, Britney told E!, "'Perfume' is incredibly special to me because it hits close to home, and I think the story is relatable to everyone. Everyone's been through an insecure moment in a relationship that's left them vulnerable and I think this song captures that." "Perfume" will officially be released on November 5th.

The Jonas Brothers have announced their plans to release a mini-album as a farewell to their fans. The brothers wrote an open letter on their Facebook page and said, "It is with heavy hearts that we confirm that our time as the Jonas Brothers is over. This decision has not come lightly, and we know that many of you will be disappointed. The time has come for us to move forward on individual career paths. We have been a band of brothers for 10 years and are now choosing simply to be brothers." The band then said, "Going forward, you can expect exciting things from each of us, and we will of course continue to support each other in all things. We would like to say THANK YOU to everyone who has supported and inspired us through the years, and stood by us in this difficult decision. We feel and appreciate your love. Because you waited so long for new music, we want to honor our Team Jonas fan club members by giving you our final album."

They continued, "This digital-only album contains four new studio recordings that would have appeared on our V album (which will now go unreleased). In addition, we're including 10 live tracks that we feel capture the energy and excitement of this past summer's tour. Details regarding delivery of this digital album to Team Jonas members will be issued shortly. We hope you enjoy this album as much as we've enjoyed performing for you over the last 10 years. "

Katy Perry has dismissed claims that she and Lady Gaga are battling for the top spot on the charts. In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Katy explained, "Gaga and I like to publicly dismiss it because it's not healthy. You want to feel music. You want it to resonate and relate to you."

She continued, "You can't look at it like a competition because you ruin the reason why you love music. But I think that sometimes our fan groups are so big and strong, they use it as ammunition."

Katy also expressed that she prefers not to comment on Miley Cyrus' recent behavior. The singer went on to say, "She's what, 19 or 20? She's just living her life. She's super young, and there's no directing book on how to do this. Each of us find our own way, and some of us make it out alive and some of us don't. I mean, Madonna was naked."

Coldplay frontman Chris Martin is said to be "shocked and concerned" about claims being made about his wife, actress Gwyneth Paltrow, that are allegedly about to surface in an upcoming article on Paltrow from Vanity Fair. According to, the magazine's report will raise questions about Paltrow had an affair with friend Jeff Soffer, husband of model Elle MacPherson.

The fellas of 'N Sync have reunited. The group came together on Saturday (November 2nd) to celebrate Chris Kirkpatrick's nuptial to his long-time girlfriend, Karly Skladany. E! confirmed that J.C. Chasez, Lance Bass and Justin Timberlake served as ushers for the wedding.

Pink has addressed critics, who have had quite a bit to say about her 2-year-old daughter riding on a motorbike with her husband, Carey Hart. Pink took to Twitter and said, "If any of u have more experience on a bike than my husband, then I will listen to your opinions on how he should take my daughter for a ride. I can't promise I will care, but I will listen none the less."
