Sia has revealed that she plans to donate the proceeds she makes from her recent collab with rapper, Eminem to an LGBT charity. The singer -- who has been criticized for working with the rapper after he used homophobic lyrics, has claimed that she actually doesn't think Em is homophobic. She told an editor at the Huffington Post that "she was under the impression that Eminem's alter-ego Slim Shady was performance art, and a thing of the past, asserting that she does not believe Eminem is actually homophobic." The L.A. Gay & Lesbian Center has reported that Sia's royalties from the record will help fund "a 50-bed shelter, a transitional living program, medical care, meals, clothing, counseling, GED prep programs, job placement services and more."

Chris Brown has filed a countersuit in the Frank Ocean brawl. In the countersuit obtained by TMZ, the singer has said that Frank's cousin, Sha'Keir Duarte kicked and punched him. He also claimed that Duarte provoked the fight by threatening to kill him. Breezy added that he tried to avoid the confrontation "with the aggressive and hostile Mr. Duarte." As previously reported, Breezy and the R&B singer got into an altercation outside of a recording studio back in January. Following reports of the incident, Duarte claimed that he was kicked and beaten by one of Breezy's bodyguards. He then sued the Breezy in August for his injuries.

Kanye West has claimed that he's not guilty of assaulting a photographer outside of LAX airport back in July. TMZ has reported that Yeezy's lawyer -- Blair Berk entered the not guilty plea on the rapper's behalf yesterday morning (November 7th). Attorney Gloria Allred was also present to represent the photographer, Daniel Ramos.  As previously reported, Kanye was charged with criminal battery and attempted grand theft after he reportedly attacked the photog at the airport.

Justin Bieber may be on the outs with one of the members of his inner circle after officially scrapping his plans to create a clothing line called, Wild Kidz. According to TMZ, Bieber's camp filed paperwork to trademark the phrase for the line back in September. However, Biebz's friend, Lil' Twist filed a trademark application for the name W.I.L.D. Kidz last month

Selena Gomez has revealed that because of Lorde's recent diss, she may ban the rocker's music from her shows. The singer told Flaunt.com, "That's not feminism. [Lorde is] not supporting other women. That's my honest opinion, that’s what I would say to her if I saw her. I actually covered her song in all of my shows that I’ve done so far. I'm not sure if I'm going to continue that."

E! News has identified the Brazilian woman who taped Justin Bieber sleeping. Tatiana Neves Barbosa -- who is a 26-year-old bodybuilder and part-time actress, taped the singer catching some shuteye earlier this week and in less than 24 hours, the video went viral. A source told the site that Barbosa "is very upset" that the video hit the net. The source said, "She does not know what to do. She sent the video to a friend and did not realize it would be put online.

 

 

Lorde celebrated her 17th birthday in New York City on Wednesday night (November 6th) by posting an open letter to her fans and friends on Tumblr. The "Royals" singer's birthday is actually November 7th, but she commemorated it on the 6th since it was already her birthday in her home country of New Zealand. Lorde wrote, "In New Zealand, it's my birthday, but in New York, there's still a day to go. This is my first birthday away from home, which is cool except that my little brother, who was born on the same day as me, turns twelve today. Happy birthday, Angelo. Avril Lavigne's ex-husband, Deryck Whibley of Sum 41 took Avril's last name when the couple got married back in 2006. And now, according to TMZ, he has filed legal docs to drop the name. The rocker filed the paperwork in L.A. County Court to change his name from Deryck Jason Lavigne Whibley to Deryck Jason Whibley. Avril and Deryck divorced in 2010.
