Kanye West seemingly confirmed that he has cut ties with Nike and has a partnership with Adidas on the way. In a NYC radio interview, Ye explained, "You know the impact those Louie Vuittons had. You know the impact the Yeezy's had. Now, this is one thing when the conversation changes when you have a child. Because, it's cool when they marginalize me and I ask them when the Yeezy Red Octobers [are] coming out. I asked them. Me, Kanye West asked Nike. When's it coming out? They told [me], they said, 'We're not sure yet.' They let me design two shoes over five years and I'm happy I could design 'em, but they ain't do me no favor 'cause Eminem designed a shoe. And Pharrell designed a shoe. I just designed the Yeezy's. I turned up!"

Just emotions, you're always gonna write and kinda draw inspiration from things that you feel and things that you felt. It's kind of impossible not to unless you've wrote a song and there's an exact scenario that you're trying to write a song for."

The "Hard Out Here" singer told the British publication, The Mirror, "I'd never met her before so I couldn't say we are really great friends but I do really like Miley. She's funny, witty and clever, I love what she does. I think her and Lorde's album have had the most plays in my car this year. I never went on record saying the video (for 'Hard Out Here') was a direct pop at her - it wasn't."

Lily continued, "People have come up with so many conclusions about that video that if I had to explain each of them I'd be there for hours. She's probably way too busy for someone like me but yeah, I'd welcome the opportunity to work with her."
