If you don’t have a partner, find one! You never know, it might just save your life. Andrea Peterson who works for The Wall Street Journal says sleeping with a partner can provide several health benefits. It can lower your cortisol level (which will relieve stress) and boost oxytocin (the “feel good” hormone)

Scientists in a completely different study say that couples who sleep together often have trouble staying asleep. Even though that’s true, the psychological benefits of sleeping with somebody is huge. Wendy M. Troxel from the University of Pittsburgh says…

the psychological benefits we get having closeness at night trump the objective costs of sleeping with a partner.”

So make sure next time you make a “booty call”, have them they stay the night. You can even make them a well balanced breakfast so you’ll be SUPER healthy!


Research also shows that women who are in a committed relationship fall asleep faster than single women. Just cause you got more space doesn’t necessarily mean you’re going to sleep better. Looks pretty lonely eh??


If you want to take your healthy lifestyle over the top, sleep with your partner NAKED. Studies show sleeping naked with your partner builds a sense of intimacy and closeness. So go ahead and TAKE IT ALL OFF!!!
