Two Vehicle Collision Sunday Night Send Three To Hospital

Vauxhall:    An 18-year old man from Travers, north-west of Vauxhall, is facing charges after a two-vehicle collision Sunday night.

About 9:15-pm, the driver of a west-bound truck on a Township road failed to stop at the intersection with Highway-36. The truck collided with a south-bound car driven by a 19-year old man. Three occupants in the car, including a pregnant woman, were taken to hospital with major injuries. Their up-dated conditions have not been released.

Johan Guenther is charged with three-counts of Criminal Negligence causing bodily harm, failing to stop at a stop sign and failing to comply with conditions of an Undertaking.  Guenther makes his second court appearance in this case on April 8th.
