SOUTHERN ALBERTA: One man is in hospital after he was hit by a car on Highway 3 between Coaldale and Lethbridge Saturday morning.
At about 6 a.m., Lethbridge RCMP were called after a man was spotted walking westbound on Highway 3.
The ensuing investigation found the Lethbridge man was hit by a car driven by a 34-year-old woman from Coaldale.
The 23 year-old man was airlifted to Calgary hospital with serious injuries.
