Lethbridge: The repeated sexual assault of teenage girl has resulted in a two-year prison sentence for a 32-year old man of no-fixed address.
While the victim didn't report the case until last fall in another jurisdiction, a Regional police investigation determined the assaults happened between August and November of 2009, when the girl was 15.
Chauncey Neil Paul Crop-Eared Wolf pleaded guilty in Lethbridge Court and was sentenced Thursday to spend the prison sentence in Bowden. He is required to submiet a DNA sample and will be on the sexual offender registry for 20 years. Charges were stayed relating to weapons offences and making threats of death and bodily harm Posted on Thursday, April 07, 2011 at 4/19/2014 4:00:10 PM
