Lethbridge: On March 29, at about 9 p.m. police responded to a report of a street robbery along the 300 block of 3 Avenue South.

As a 48-year-old woman was walking out of the alley, she pulled her wallet from her bag.  At that moment, a man jumped out from between two garbage bins, grabbed the wallet and shoved her backward.

The woman was not injured and the male fled the area. The wallet contained an undisclosed amount of cash.

The suspect is described as a young, aboriginal male, approximately six-feet tall wearing a black hoodie, blue jeans and white shoes.

Anyone who recognizes the suspect  in the composite sketch or has information about this crime is asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
