Two Lethbridge Residents Attacked by Dogs

LETHBRIDGE: Regional Police are searching for four dogs and asking you to be alert, after a 31-year old man and his six year old son were attacked Wednesday.

Around 4:30 in the afternoon in the 400-block of 12th Street North, the man was walking with his son when he noticed the four dogs coming at them.

The dogs started biting his legs and he tried to shield his son, but two of the dogs managed to get to the boy, biting his legs and back.

The dogs were finally driven away by other citizens who came to help.

Both the man and his son were treated for bites at the hospital, and so far none of the dogs have been caught.

Lethbridge Animal Services is investigating.
