Farmers Advised to Take Precautionary Steps to Deal with Fuel Thefts

TABER/VAUXHALL: Taber/Vauxhall RCMP are recommending that farmers who have their own gas or diesel tanks, need to start locking them and putting up flood lights.

The suggestion comes as they've had to deal with numerous fuel thefts from farms recently.

Anyone who has information on any of the fuel thefts is asked to call Taber/Vauxhall RCMP at 403-223-4447 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS(8477).
