Funding Allows More Children To Get Involved In Hockey

 
 

LETHBRIDGE:  Five Alberta communities have been selected to receive funding to get more children involved in hockey.

A total of 20-thousand dollars is getting awarded through Hockey Albertas "Every Kid Every Community Project".

The Lethbridge Minor Hockey Association gets three thousand dollars for an "Into to Hockey" program this fall.

While the Bow Island Minor Hockey Association will receive four thousand dollars for a four day "Hockey Fun Dayz" program in October.
