Former Taber Man Charged For Stalking A TV Actress
TURNER VALLEY: A former Taber man is facing multiple charges involving weapons and harassment
after a complaint from a TV actor. Turner Valley RCMP arrested 21-year old
Jacob Cornelis Glas on Wednesday, for several incidents between June 12th and
It's alleged Glas, who now lives in High River, repeatedly threatened actress Amber Marshall from the CBC TV
show Heartland. Corporal Allen Busch stated Glas became infatuated with Marshall
at a High River parade on June 12th, when he believed she was smiling and
waving at him.
It's also alleged Glas made several attempts to contact
Marshall and showed up on the set at least four times. On Wednesday, he showed
up with a .22 calibre rifle and 1,000 rounds of ammunition in his
