Paving Slows Traffic on Highway 4

SOUTHERN ALBERTA: If you're headed out of the city this weekend, beware of repairs on Highway 4. Paving is ongoing in the northbound and southbound lanes of Highway 4 from Coutts to the junction with Highway 501. Traffic will be reduced to single lane alternating, with a speed limit of 50 km per hour. Authorities remind you speed fines are double in construction areas.
