WARNER: Alberta Health has issued a Boil Water order for the Warner.
High levels of sediment mean the water treatment plant isn't able to properly treat the village's water right now. Alberta Health is monitoring the situation and will lift the order when tests show water is safe and a public health inspector has given the "all clear".
According to Alberta Health, "Residents who use water from the Village of Warner are advised to bring their water to a rapid, rolling boil for at least one minute prior to using it for domestic purposes, including drinking, making infant formula and juices, cooking, brushing teeth, washing raw foods and making ice. Alternatively, residents may use bottled water." Posted on Wednesday, June 29, 2011 at 4/25/2014 3:34:34 PM
