Manslaughter Case Delayed a Week

LETHBRIDGE: There's been a delay in the manslaughter case against 54-year old James Karl Bach.

Since his arrest August 2nd he has yet to see a lawyer, as legal aid says they can't go to the unit of the jail where he's being held.

In response a judge has ordered that Bach be moved to another area so a lawyer can be lined up for him.

Bach's accused of fatally stabbing 29-year old Brent Gooddagger aka Stabbed-Last August 2nd. Regional Police say Stabbed Last went to Bach's apartment that night and that the two were involved in an arguement before the stabbing.

The case returns to court next Friday.
