LETHBRIDGE: Residents say headlines of a struggling economy aren't putting a damper on their plans to join in Whoop-Up Days, which officially kicked off Tuesday with the opening parade. Country 95 News spoke to numerous people along the parade route who can't wait to join in the festival, and they're finding creative ways to make it work for their budget.
