Taber Police Going Door to Door Saturday Looking for Feedback

TABER: If you live in Taber and have the police knocking on your door Saturday, there's no need to panic.

They're working with the Taber squadron of the Royal Canadian Air Cadets to conduct a community satisfaction survey for the local police force.

They'll be stopping at every third house, leaving a survey that includes questions ranging from how safe residents feel to how well informed they are of police activity and initiatives.

Cadets will return to the homes later in the day to collect the surveys, or residents can drop them off at the Taber police station within three days.

Inspector Graham Abela noted that they'll take the information gathered and add it to the environmental scans and focus groups they've already conducted. They'll then go over everything to see where they're at and decide whether or not they need to make any improvements.
