Public Asked for Input on County of Lethbridge-Town of Coaldale Integrated Development Strategy

COALDALE: The County of Lethbridge and town of Coaldale hosted an open house Wednesday afternoon to discuss their integrated development strategy.

The focus of the meeting was to give anyone interested a better look at their plans for the land between Lethbridge and Coaldale, and then ask for their feedback.

Principal Architect Alvin Fritz stated that they went over everything from solving water issues to creating an energy centre. He added that it's important to get the community involved, as such a large project can't get off the ground without public support.

The information gathered will now be used to prepare a final version of the plan.
