Planned Power Cuts Will Impact Lethbridge

LETHBRIDGE: Two planned power outages may affect your weekend plans - if you live in the Stafford and Fairmont areas. The City of Lethbridge will shut off power Saturday, October 22 to about 131 homes in Stafford Bay, Staffordville Crescent and Stafford Boulevard North, starting at 1 p.m. Another two-hour outage starting at 1 p.m. is set for Sunday. That outage will affect an estimated 43 homes in Coulee Springs Way, Coulee Springs Terrace and Southgate Boulevard South. The city needs to cut the power to work on system upgrades.
