Save-On-Foods Brings More Choice to West Lethbridge Residents

LETHBRIDGE: The new Save-On-Foods located at 401 Highland Boulevard West officially opened its doors Wednesday night.

The grocery chain's second location in Lethbridge employs just under 150 city residents and sells a number of products from local vendors.

Save-On-Foods President Steve van der Leest stated that a stable Lethbridge economy combined with an eager and strong work force helped make it an easy decision to bring in a second location.

Store Manager Colin Dixon noted that he's excited to be at the helm of the brand-new facility, which gives west Lethbridge residents another choice when they head out the door on a grocery run.
