Operation Red Nose has Record Breaking Holiday Season

 
 

LETHBRIDGE: It seems more people are getting the message. Operation Red Nose in Lethbridge broke every record they have this holiday season.

They provided 1,428 rides, up from the previous high of 1,177.

They also had an increase in volunteers with 693 compared to 659, and climbed from 20,373 kilometres driven over the holidays to 23,678.

The donation record also went up to finish over $23,000 in 2011. Before that the best was $20,438 in 2008.
