LETHBRIDGE - Crews began demolishing what's left of the Boston Pizza on Mayor Magrath
Drive South on Wednesday afternoon for safety reasons.
The early morning
fire broke out around 5am. It destroyed the structure and the building is a total loss.
Fire
Investigator Heath Wright says they're working to determine a cause and burn
patterns indicate four or five possible points of origin. He feels it will take a
couple days to pin-point an exact one.
Fire crews plan to be back on the scene on Thursday to continue with the
investigation and sift through the charred remains.
BP's owner Ryan Enevold has about 50-employees out of work, but plans to
rebuild. Posted on Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at 5/25/2013 3:52:41 PM
