Palliser Schools Expect A $2.2-Million Revenue Drop In 2013-2014
LETHBRIDGE - After looking over the provincial budget, Palliser Regional Schools are
projecting a decrease in revenue in 2013-2014 of about $2.2 million.
It's the result of projected changes to grant funding and is based on a zero
percent increase in salaries for teachers and support staff. As well, a zero
percent spending increase related to a collective agreement with the Alberta
Teachers Association which has not been negotiated yet.
The projection is based on early estimates of next year's student
enrolments. Posted on Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at 3/9/2014 12:22:10 PM
