Trial Date Set for Accused in Taber Tim Hortons "Drive Thru" Incident

 
 

LETHBRIDGE: A trial date has been set for one of the two men accused of using a stolen oilfield truck to ram a pickup truck through the wall of the Taber Tim Hortons on March 7th of last year.

 

Tuesday in Taber court Heinrich Krahn entered a plea of Not Guilty to charges of public mischief and obstructing a peace officer, with a trial set for June 11th.

 

His brother Jake Krahn is also facing charges in relation to the incident. He has a preliminary hearing set for April 18th in Taber.
