RAYMOND: RCMP have busted a sophisticated three-stage, residential grow-op in the
After receiving the tip, RCMP conducted an investigation and on Saturday,
April 13th, searched a home in Raymond. Officers found 323-plants and
five-pounds of harvested marihuana bud with a street value of $400-thousand.
52-year old Bruno Antoni Gardoz is charged with production and possession of
Cannabis for the purpose of trafficking. He'll be in Lethbridge court on Friday, April 19th.
Since this investigation resulted from a public tip, RCMP want to remind
everyone what to be on the look out for. Houses which may be harboring a grow-op
-- covered windows,
-- condensation on windows due to high humidity,
-- the sounds of fans and generators running,
-- less snow on the
roof, yard not kept up,
-- snow not shoveled,
-- people coming and going at strange
RCMP encourage the public to report suspicious properties to the nearest RCMP
