LETHRBIDGE: City resident Anthony Tonhauser has a tidy pot of money to add to his retirement. He bought an $11 Lotto Max Quick Pick ticket with the Extra at the Mac's Convenience store on Mayor Magrath Drive South, for the February 15th draw and had winning numbers in the Extra.
Tonhauser checked the ticket at a 'self checker' in the store a few days later and originally thought he had won $10. However, when he put his glasses on, he realized he had won $100,000.
The new Lotto winner plans to use the money to help out his family and save
towards his own retirement.
