More Coyotes Spotted In Lethbridge

LETHBRIDGE - Regional Police are again warning about coyotes after a woman and her dog encountered a pair of coyotes on Sunday morning in Indian Battle Park.

The coyotes did not attack, but they did follow them along the trails south of the bridge.

A report has been forwarded to Fish and Wildlife.

If you come across a coyote, police encourage you to respond aggressively by waving your arms, throw rocks or sticks, also carry a whistle and shout loudly in a deep voice to scare it off.
