LRPS Looking For Public's Assistance To Solve Assault Case

 
 

Lethbridge: On May 25th at 11:37 PM, City police were called to 175 Columbia Boulevard West, after reports of an assault .

 

Upon arrival, LRPS found a 24-year-old man was bleeding from his face.

 

The man said he had driven an acquaintance home from the U of L. He walked her to the door and once the acquaintance was inside the building, the man was confronted by 7 to 10 individuals. After a verbal confrontation, the victim was assaulted.

 

The individuals were described as aboriginal ,between 16 and 25 years old. One man involved in the assault is described as having double braids, trailing long to the elbows and wearing a red shirt or jersey with a number on it.

 

Police are asking for the publics assistance in solving the case. Any who witnessed anything or know of any of the suspects can contact Lethbridge Regional Police Service or Crime Stoppers .
