City Looking For Naming Rights Sponsor For Crossings Ice Complex

LETHBRIDGE - The City has begun the process to secure naming rights for the new Crossings Ice Complex.

The facility in west Lethbridge will include two NHL sized ice surfaces and a 10 sheet curling rink.

The City is looking for a minimum five year term which would provide name signage inside and outside the building, as well as use of the name in all publications, website and other print materials referring to the facility.

General Manager of Recreation and Culture Ashley Matthews expects between three and five businesses or corporations will be interested in the sponsorship opportunity.

Funds generated from this deal will be used to offset the operational costs of the building.

To provide potential sponsors with information, the City will be hosting an open house and will schedule one-on-one meetings with interested parties.
