CARDSTON:  ***UP-DATE

Wednesday afternoon, RCMP confirmed that 70-year old Kenneth Rollins, a man who was last seen in the community August 31st, has been found dead near Pincher Creek.

An officer confirms Rollins's body was found at a camp site near Pincher Creek.  He also noted the elderly man had a heart condition and that police do not suspect foul play.

On Wednesday morning, Cardston RCMP issued a call for the public's help in locating the elderly man.

Mr. Rollins left his home on August 31st, 2013, with an unspecified return time. On September 6th, his family reported him missing to the RCMP when no one had heard from him since his departure.

Investigative efforts by the Cardston RCMP, after that time, had not located Mr. Rollins.
