LSCO Executive Director Rob Miyashiro Enters City Council Race

LETHBRIDGE - The Executive Director of the Lethbridge Senior Citizens Organization has stepped forward to run for Lethbridge City Council.

Rob Miyashiro isn't just focusing on one issue in this campaign, but rather a wide range to help improve the city. He says " I think we need to do the best job possible to make life the best for people in Lethbridge and that's not a small task, that's transportation, that's our road system, that's our taxation, that's our utilities, those are the things we have to look at."

Miyashiro believes he would fit in well with Council, saying "I've worked with most of the Council members, I know who's going to be Mayor, all three candidates I know quite well, and I'm the kind of person that works to get things done, stands for something not just against things so we can work together to make some things happen."
