Participants Needed For Annual Great Canadian Shoreline Cleanup

 
 

Lethbridge: Residents are encouraged to participate in the 20th Great Canadian Shoreline Cleanup, September 14th.

 

Participants will clean in the Oldman River and it's shoreline from 2 PM until 4 PM. Staff from the Oldman Watershed Council and Helen Schuler Nature Centre will provide clean-up gear. After the cleanup prizes will be drawn and refreshments will be provided.

 

Anyone wanting to join the project is asked to meet in the temporary Helen Schuler Nature Centre parking lot at 1:30 PM. For more information, contact Leta Pezderic at 403-381-5801.
