Trial Date Set for Bus Driver Charged with Impaired Driving
LETHBRIDGE: A Standoff man is going to trial in December, in connection with a shocking case of impaired driving.
Just before 8-AM on June 5th, Blood Tribe Police were called about a possible impaired driver operating a school bus in the community. Police found the bus, which had 12 children on it, and Larry Cross Child was taken into custody.
Monday in Cardston court Cross Child pleaded not guilty to both charges and had a trial set for December 11th.
