Lethbridge: A discussion on the state of senior care in our province will be held, November 4th.
Public Interest Alberta, Friends of Medicare and the Parkland Institute are on a provincial tour presenting the politics and policies on the issues. Topics discussed will include how the budget affects seniors, caregivers and family members, how cuts to seniors care will impact our health care system, what is happening with long term beds, pharmacare and home-care, and how citizens can take action on seniors care.
The session will run from 7 PM to 9 PM at the Southminister United Church. The event is free.
