Police Lay Charges For Weekend Stabbing

 
 

LETHBRIDGE - A man and woman are facing charges in connection with a stabbing on the weekend.

 

Just after 4:30 on Saturday morning, police were called to an apartment building along the 1600 block of Scenic Drive South after a woman reported she had been stabbed. The 21-year-old victim was taken to hospital for non-life threatening injuries.

 

24-year-old Charles Lewis Pantherbone and 22-year-old Stephanie Marie Gerard were arrested at the scene and are now facing charges.

 

The suspects are know to the victim and this was not a random act.
