Another Financial Boost For Lethbridge College

LETHBRIDGE - There's more money coming in for the Trades and Technology Renewal and Innovation Project at Lethbridge College.

Lealta Building Supplies has donated $50,000 towards the project. It will establish an orientation and information display, which will be created in the south entrance of the new trades and technology facility.

The gift also allows for the creation of an apprenticeship award, which will give $1,000 each year to a second year carpentry apprentice with outstanding performance.

Earlier this week, the southern Alberta region of Lafarge Canada also contributed $50,000 towards the project.
