Bail Hearing Set For Accused In Attempted Murder Case

LETHBRIDGE: 38-year old Kenneth Barry Wallage made his first court appearance Monday morning via closed circuit television from Calgary, in regards to a shooting in Warner.

After a Canada wide warrant was issued for his arrest Friday night, Wallage was arrested without incident in Calgary on Saturday afternoon.

He's facing two counts of attempted murder for a December 28th incident in Warner, where an individual fired a shotgun at a trailer, aiming for a bed where two people were sleeping and narrowly missing both occupants.

Wallage will be back in court on Friday for a bail hearing.
