Historic Sex Assault Case Set Over to March

 
 

LETHBRIDGE:   The case of a city 83 year old man charged with four-counts of indecent assault and one of sexual assault, has been set over to March 10th.

 

In Lethbridge court Wednesday morning, the representative for a Calgary lawyer appeared on behalf of Arthur Ernest Martin, also known as Dale Martin Senior.

 

Martin is accused of sexually assaulting four boys between the ages of 12 and 15, who worked for him at Martin Brothers Limited. The alleged victims can not be identified.

 

The incidents allegedly happened between 1977 and 1986.
