Happy Taco Tuesday! For a while now, I’ve been making random taco recipes on Taco Tuesdays and some wild experiments, and I’m deciding that I’ll share them every Tuesday on here. You’re welcome. We’ll start off with what is probably the easiest and also my favourite one yet, Taco Cupcakes!
What you’ll need:
Ground beef
taco seasoning
Pilsbury biscuit things. Each biscuit makes 1 cupcake
onions, preferably red
Salsa
Guacamole (optional, yo)
Cheese, preferably marble. Or whatever cheese you like with your tacos. I can’t tell you how to live your life
How to cook it:
1. Brown the ground beef. If you don’t know how to do that, then why are you even here? You’re obviously not ready to be in a kitchen
2. While cooking the beef, dice the onion. Gordon Ramsay has a great instructional video on dicing onions on Youtube. Would recommend watching.
3. Mix in taco seasoning according to instructions on package. Feel free to throw onion into the beef too if that’s what you’re into
4. Take the biscuits, and while opening do the required mental preparations required so you don’t have a heart attack when the package does that pop thing
5. Cut each biscuit in half. Sideways half, not up and down half
6. Flatten each biscuit
7. Spoon some of the beef, onion mixture onto one of your little biscuit saucers
8. Cover with another biscuit saucer, and pinch the ends around like a pirogi
9. Throw it into a muffin tin with the edges underneath
10. Repeat until you can’t do it anymore
11. Put cheese on all of them. However much you want. The sky is the limit
12. Cook according to instructions
13. EAT THEM
