Are New Year Resolutions/Goals tacky or do they actually help guide you through the year?
I’ll be honest, I don’t make them anymore. If I want something, I don’t wait until the 1st to implement. I also find that for most people, what we want at the beginning of a year isn’t what we want at the end!
But this couple 10000% proves me wrong.
Unlike most of us, they actually stuck to their 2016 resolution of losing weight. Lexi weighed 485 pounds and Danny weighed in at 281 pounds.
Their goal was to lose a combined 400 pounds.
After 2 years Lexi is 180 and Danny is 192!!
