Go to a concert.
A study done by researchers at Goldsmith’s University held an experiment which found that going to concerts has more health benefits that doing yoga or dog walking.
They found that participants in this study who spent 20 minutes watching British pop singer, Paloma Faith, perform live showed the highest gains in mood and well-being. Those who practiced yoga had their mood improved by 10 percent and dog walkers, 7 percent. So maybe instead of renewing that yoga membership you should buy more concert tickets.
