Shawn Mendes Wins 2 Teen Choice Awards

Canada’s Shawn Mendes added a pair of Teen Choice Awards to his collection on Sunday night – but fellow Canadians Drake and The Weeknd came up empty.

Mendes got surfboards for Choice Summer Male Artist and Choice Pop Song (“In My Blood”) bringing his all-time total to six.

Mendes and Drake lost Male Artist to Louis Tomlinson and Drake lost Choice R&B/Hip-Hop Artist to Cardi B. In the Choice Song: Male Artist category, Ed Sheeran’s “Perfect” was picked over Drake’s hit “God’s Plan.”
